Chef JJ designs the ever-changing weekly menu to spotlight the best fresh ingredients sourced right from the Yampa Valley. Our friendly sommelier can recommend wine pairings from our award-winning wine list, diverse wine glass pours, or classic cocktails from our world class bar selection.
